POLICY - THE BASICS
“Tonight” is about you and also everyone else at the Velveteen. Please be considerate of your fellow diners. We strive to have a fun relaxed atmosphere but also quiet and refined so we do not allow parties over 6. We do not allow children. Please do not say we don’t love children. That’s silly. The dining experience is a lengthy one and your child thanks you for not taking them. After all, we're pretty sure kids would rather be at home, where the only dress code involves superhero capes and a menu featuring endless chicken nuggets.
ATTIRE
You may wear what you prefer to wear but please, no sleeveless shirts, shorts, or hats. You know the drill. We recommend something nice. Why not. After all, Tonight is yours.
CANCELLATION
All dining experiences are nonrefundable. We cannot make exceptions for illnesses.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
To ensure a seamless dining experience, it is crucial to communicate any dietary restrictions prior to booking. Our establishment is committed to providing exceptional service, but modifications to dishes during service are not feasible. For guests with serious food allergies or restrictions, a prior discussion is necessary to determine if accommodation is possible. Currently, our menu cannot be altered to exclude sugar, salt, or soy. We strive to meet dietary needs, but cannot guarantee the integrity of a dish following alterations.
