Dining Experience 

All our dining experiences are available for reservations up to three months in advance. The experience begins promptly at 6:30 PM. However, if you choose to indulge in our Oysters and Martinis experience at 6:00 PM, please note that this is separate from your dining experience and must be pre-ordered prior to your arrival. You are welcome to arrive early at 6:00 PM to relax and enjoy a beverage or a drink from our full bar, even if you do not partake in the oyster experience.

​ EXPERIENCE AT 6:00 PM

Come in early and relax with our house special duo.  We are offering an unparalleled culinary tasting prior to your dining experience, starting with two small pristine, fresh Taylor Shellfish Farms oysters, served on the half shell with housemade granita. These oysters are known for their clean, crisp flavor and firm texture, making them a favorite among seafood connoisseurs. Accompanying the oysters is a meticulously crafted mini martini, which complements the briny taste of the shellfish with its smooth and subtle botanical notes. This pairing is designed to awaken the senses and set the tone for an unforgettable evening prior to your dining experience. Available exclusively by pre-order only, this ensures that every ingredient is as fresh and flavorful as possible, providing an exceptional start to your night. We look forward to welcoming you at 6 PM as a prelude to your dining experience with us. The Duo is also available with the crisp essence of Clean V Apple vodka Alternative served chilled up with a lemon twist.  Oysters are available without the duo in quantities of 2 and 6 and full bar is available.

At Velveteen, we proudly serve the freshest shellfish from Taylor Shellfish Farms in Bow, WA. Since the 1890s, the Taylor family led by Bill and his team—has been dedicated to sustainable farming, ensuring that our oysters offer that sweet, clean, crisp taste they are known for. Despite the challenges facing oyster farming today, they continue to produce environmentally sound products, allowing our customers to enjoy not only the exceptional flavor and quality, but also the responsible sourcing of their seafood.
